So, who are the B.R.D?

Some years ago, a little-known law was passed in the early hours of the morning, after a 33-hour debate on the National Health Service. Only 1 member of Parliament was still present at this time and the bill was passed by a majority vote! The Lords then ratified the Act, as none of them could be bothered to object. The law reads...

"....all breasts which, therefore, come under the general heading of Large or Very Large must, with immediate effect and consequence, be registered and routinely regulated by a local or national authority, hereby authorised....."

The actual piece of legislation, The Breast Regulation Act - 1996, can be viewed in it's entirety (72 pages!), at your local library; but the best thing to do is just take our word for it!

Due to under-funding, only 1 task force was created, consisting of 3 highly trained and specifically experienced officers.
